- For a 3-night star or less: full cost of the stay if cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival date
- For stays of more than 3 nights: full cost of the stay if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date
- No-Show at the hotel: full cost of the whole stay including all booked services
